I've actually noticed my nails getting stronger. They've been able to grow past the tip of my finger for once! The only reason I marked it down is because I haven't noticed a difference in my skin and the difference in my hair is pretty small. Overall I like the product and I love the flavor!

I've actually been meaning to buy some hair skin and nail gummies for awhile so this was a perfect surprise in my #bossbabevoxbox. The taste is amazing, no chemically or chalky texture. My hair is getting stronger, I don't notice a bunch falling out and I've noticed it's growing alot faster then it usually would.
