I've been taking this multivitamin for seven years so far but I take it for two months and give it a break for another two months. It's affect right away after two weeks. You can see the results better skin hair and stronger nails it has a natural ingredients It's quite cheap

I like these I'm not sure how much they actually work but they are yummy and I have use them for quite some time my hair grows pretty well and my skin does look pretty good when I do take them however I don't think it's like this huge transformation from taking them at least in my experience
