It's hard to really tell a difference in my hsir but my nails seems a little stronger. There don't seem to be a lot in the tube so I'm not sure if it's a great deal yet- will have to see full results

Normally i do not purchase gummy vitamins, i have never been very fond of them. When i opened these the first thing noticed was the sweet tempting scent. My mother and i tried them together. They were so soft, easily to digest, and the they taste amazing. I wanted to literally snack on these, they are so tempting. After these run out i know i will purchase more!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! I wanted to take these for at least a week before I reviewed them. Well the taste is great, thats the first thing we notice right?! They are soft as well. One week in my nails are growing and stronger. I havent noticed much change in my hair or skin but I was so happy about my nails that the other two didnt bother me. The ends of my hair do seem a little healthier but not a drastic improvement.
