It has been super easy to incorporate into my morning routine. I love the taste! I feel like I have seen a difference in my hair and nails. My nails are growing a lot faster and stronger. I have used these on several occasions and they are easy to digest but I honestly did not notice a difference in my hair,nails or skin. They don't taste terrible like some but I really didn't witness any of the benefits they claim. It was like taking a regular vitamin.
