I absolutely love these gummy's. Honestly, I'm not sure if they are doing anything for my hair skin and nails but I really enjoy the taste of them and I have made a habit to eat them every morning. I've been taking them for at least three months. If you were wanting to start them I would suggest taking before pictures so that you have something to compare it to.

I love these vitamins. They taste great and last a while. I saw the biggest difference in my hair when i using these vitamins. The gummies are very good, they taste good and work for my nails pretty well it seems. I love eating these to the point where if I didn't have self-control, I'd probably eat the whole bottle! These vitamins taste great and melt in your mouth easily. The texture and color are good when they are fresh. They dry out the older they get. Easy to absorb in the mouth and swallow the rest. The amount of vitamin gummies is good for the price. I think the gummy version is a little less effective than the pill form of biotin but I'm not completely sure. These gummies have made a huge difference in my hair! It is fuller and healthier looking after taking 2 gummies a day for about 6 weeks. My hair is shiny and actually the healthiest its ever looked and Im 41 years old. 💯

Loveee the taste of these vitamins! They are so chewy and sweet it's like eating candy with benefits. I usually have a hard time with other vitamins because they make my stomach hurt but no these! They are very easy on my stomach and make my nails and hard grow

I have been using these for a few months now they seems to be working on my nails making them stronger the texture is like that of a thick gummy the taste is good the ingredients are no artificial sweetener which I like it contains vitamin C vitamin e and biotin I will continue to use these for a few months to see what they do for my hair but overall I am happy with these supplements.

They're great gummies, you do have to take them consistently but they help with my nails mainly from what I've noticed! I do take other supplements so I wouldn't say my skin or hair is completely affected by these but if you're starting out in supplements these are good!
