I’ve been looking for something to help my hair and nails condition for a while. These are great and really do help! My nails don’t break as easily and my hair seems stronger and shinier. They are great value for money. Taste isn’t too Bad. Definitely recommend

These Natures Bounty vitamins are delicious although I have just started taking them I feel like they have made a difference in my nails. I definitely will be purchasing these after I'm done with this bottle.

Really good it grew my hair out really fast and made my skin glow. Not to mention how quickly my nails were growing. Also the taste of the gummies is very enjoyable. They taste similar to fruit snacks so it’s not like it’s miserable to take. I definitely recommend if you’re trying to grow out your hair quickly.
