I notice my nails are doing better, letting natural nails grow out, nothing overnight but they seem to be a little stronger as they grow a little. My hair feels slightly softer and a little healthier, will know more when I see hairdresser next week. I would recommend these supplements

These chewable have a good texture and size. And they are good, been taking them for a while now. It helps my hair to look more shiny and thicker. A little expensive, but the big bottle last for a while. Package is easy to close to maintain them fresh for months.

I like the taste of these gummies and that they kind of just don't taste like weird healthy gummy is there anything they have like a good flavor cuz I do have a sweet tooth but I also like to you know be healthy. They're good for like what it says your hair and nails and really your whole body and I've been taking them and look they're really good like I feel I don't know healthier better so I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants healthier hair and healthier nails cuz he's gummies will do that.
