Its been apart of my daily routine for a couple of weeks now. My nails are noticeable stronger. I havent really noticed a difference in my skin, but well see. Ill be buying these once Im out.

Is like youre getting a treat and the treat makes your hair and nails look better so like triple treat? The smell is so good and the taste is so good! Im having a hard time having only 2 a day, honestly!

 One thing I can say is these are my absolute favorite vitamins out of all the other ones I’ve taken. The flavor of them can almost be compared to a regular gummy. The strawberry flavor is absolutely delicious. The gummy’s are a convenient alternative to vitamin pills. And the best part is the price is unparalleled to the quality. I’ve taken them for about 6 months and I have noticed a drastic change in my hair skin and nails.

Within a month my nails are longer and stronger than they ever have been in my life. These taste great and I love taking them. I bought a dupe when I ran out to see if it performs as well..NOPE! There are lots of gummy supplements out there that are harder and have weirder tastes. Its too soon to tell if these are helping with my hair and nails since Ive only been taking them a few days. I am 4 months post partum and have been losing my hair as a result.
