These were tasty and I didn't have to take them with food like I do some other vitamins, which was nice. I stopped taking them eventually to exchange for a pill I can swallow (less carbs- I was counting my macros at the time). I didn't have any noticeable changes to my hair/nails while taking these. I have the most fragile nails. If they do happen to grow at all, they will break doing the most mundane tasks (literally, I've broken nails folding laundry, doing dishes, getting in and out of my car, and even pulling pants on).

Okay for starters the taste of these gummies is not too great. I feel like with 2g of sugar per serving these should an amazing flavor but these are a little offputting. In terms of hair strength I did notice a little bit of improvement so it definitely does what it's supposed to do.

These taste so good and smell good. No side effects for me and easy size to take. I start using these last year and I notice the differences in my skin,nails and hair. I currently take the 6,000mcg ones BUT this is the one i started with and I noticed hair growth within a couple of months of consistently taking it and I was genuinely really impressed. I always say not every vitamin works the same for others as it does for you but personally it did for me! But its worth trying because I seriously swear by this stuff! I also regularly get acrylics and even when they ate taken off my nails aren't as brittle as they used to get after acrylics. But I always make sure I have a bottle — it's a must-have in my morning routine!

This gummy s are actually tasty and I been taking them for a few months now I have noticed improvement on my hair and nails. I did have to separate the gummy's because they were all together so you might have to do that in order to get them but other than that they're good they taste good I definitely recommend them

It works and they taste good. You will really notice when you stop taking this… If I could afford to buy my husband and I eat your own vitamin instead of by one big bottle of unisex vitamins, I would!  What many people don't know is that your body stops producing collagen at a certain point around age 26 your  body produces less and less collagen every day!   Knowing that I will say, this is a fabulous product and probably one of the more affordable options for collagen vitamins.

I used to take this when i was a teenager and still do. The flavor is really good gery sweet! I like them because its easy to get them and eat them and take them wherever you go. I recommend it to most of mt family and they already helped grow their hair specifically for my mom. You could get them at your local store and for the price i truly recommend them!
