I do find that the vitamins work as promised. My nails grow in nicely and my skin isnt as oily. My hair is already thick so I cant say Ive seen much change but it has grow in my edges.

Most gummies are tougher to bite into, these just make me wish the serving size were greater than just two a day! The flavor is also a very delightful strawberry and doesn't taste like the strong artificial flavors in many gummy vitamins. They are gluten free, with no artificial sweeteners. I will continue taking these to see the physical results of my hair, skin, and nails.
