Noticed minor improvement to hair skin and nails. Nothing major and there are better/ more potent supplements out there that I would use over this one. Not bad for a beginner or something just needing an extra boost but for people who take hair and skin care seriously I would pass on this. Good affordable option though.

I like the way these taste, I'm not a huge fan of the texture but these are the only gummy type vitamins I can actually eat. They do dry out as soon as you open them, they also clump together x it doesn't matter where you store them, this will happen. My hair does for the most part feel good.
