Its less of a burden and more of a small treat that gives me longer and stronger nails and hair. Havent been taking them for that long yet but Ive already noticed my nails growing faster.

I like taking hair, skin, and nails vitamins but I always forget when theyre in tiny green bottles, so the large pink bottle is a great reminder in the morning! They also taste really good, usually strawberry flavored medicines taste awful. I cant speak for the efficacy yet though, which is why Im giving four stars; I wish I had more time to review.
