[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. I've been taking these for two weeks now and the most obvious change is my nail growth. I'm guessing that any changes to my hair will take a bit longer but I'll ride it out and buy another bottle or two. They taste like strawberries and don't cause me any break outs (which I've read are a possible side effect). But also note that I'm not prone to breakouts anyway.
