Been using this for 2 months and I got to say it working. Although you need sometime to tell the difference, it tast quite good and easy like candy. Like the strawberry flavor which remind me of milkshake😂. Definitely keep using to see how my nail and hair getting stronger.

I really cannot write enough good things about this product. I bought this in June 2024 for the very first time. As I've aged, I've found that my hair and nails are aging too. But this product was the #2 on the list and had high recommendations and was considerably more affordable. So I thought I would give it a try. And after using if for 3 months, I FINALLY have hit on a product that lives up to its hype!!! OMG!!! I seriously cannot get over how absolutely great this product is. My nails have done a complete 180. They have grown out without breaking, chipping, ripping - none of what I was experiencing beforehand. And they are strong and hard! I can actually go many days without any polish on them and they STILL hold up without breaking or chipping. I have to be honest here, I have not run across any other product for ANYTHING that has impressed me this much. I have since purchased this 3 more times and even got my daughter a bottle so she can try it out. I will continue to take this for as long as it's on the market. It's the one and only thing that has actually worked for my nails. My hair looks better too. But I was mostly interested in it for my nails and I just love, love, love this product. If you get it, it won't be an overnight fix....you'll need to be on this for a couple of months before you really notice the difference. But hang in there, you'll be amazed at the results. So of course...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Great product I definitely see a difference in my hair and nails when I'm taking this. I have it a 4 star though because every time I get a bottle they are all clumped together. Last time I had to cut off the bottle of the bottle to get them out and separate them.

As far as flavor these vitamins taste really good. They are a nice consistency and don't have that vitamin after taste. You do have to watch them and keep them away from moisture because they can sometimes dry and stick together. I've have bought them a few times but its either a hit or miss. I havent seen much of any noticable results with them but I'll see if there any changes later

I'm not sure if it was the gummies that helped my nails become stronger but I took them for about a year and my nails have grown strongly ever since. They taste and smell amazing though so it's worth a try if your nails are brittle. The bottle is pretty big also and the price is affordable.

I've tried many other brands…Nothing compares to the results I see from this one. The amount you get for the price is amazing and my skin is always so clear! The packaging is safe to have around children and convenient too! They also taste amazing! Such a great product!

I've taken hair skin and nails on and off for years. I don't know if it makes a significant difference but I'd like to think it does. I would check with a doctor before taking it because I think you can only take it for a certain amount of time without taking a break.

Hair skin and nails was a great tasting vitamin however, I did not notice anything for me on change with my hair growth or nail growth. That does not mean that would not work for anybody else. Just means I did not need them vitamins. Store package that keeps, the gummy sealed so they do not become dry or sticky.
