They were nice to try for free, but I wouldnt purchase these. Id take skin clarity over nail strength, so these just havent worked for me like Id hoped.

These are a fun choice for a vitamin supplement! They taste good and are easy to chew. I've taken these for about four months and the caplets before that . I notice a real difference when I take them. I took a break from brands and went back. I'm happy my stylist told me about them!

They are SOOO YUMMY and provide all of the essential vitamins your hair, skin and nails desperately NEED. I have always used Nature Bounty for all of my vitamins. I previously worked as a pharmacy technician for about 2 years and the pharmacist would always recommend nature bounty for any vitamins to our patients and for our selves. All of their products are of good quality and do not disappoint! Ive heard realllly good things about these especially from friends that have used them, and no one has said anything bad about them. Good quality for a very good price!!

My hair and skin havent made any changes but my nails feel tougher which is exactly what i wanted. They taste and smell really good and are just a fun part of the day!

I like these vitamins. I have used it before. I think they have a good flavor and a good taste. It is easy to chew. It is not a stiff, hard gummy vitamin. I do think this is an affordable vitamin. Sometimes, you do get good deals on them. I would recommend this product.

I haven't seen much for my hair, but it's been only 30 days, and I know that as I continue to repurchase and use the vitamin gummies, my hair will become healthier. Remember, the hair cycle is approximately 35 days; this takes time! What I like about this vitamin is that it's tasty snd fruity, just like gummy bears! What I dislike is that it's a little bit too sweet, but that's just my personal preference, and everyone else I've spoken to was fine with the flavor. Love Love Love these!!! Very expect things to work overnight but after almost a whole bottle I'm noticing my hair's looking healthier and my nails are getting stronger!!!
