A bottle should last you around a month. I notice a difference in my overall skin and nails, hair is too soon to tell. I definitely recommend this product.

I gave the gummies to a friend and she said they taste good though, so at least theyre not going to waste. Also, need methylated vitamins!!

They are a good value and have no artifical sugar which is important to me. These are a little bit too sugery for me personally, but otherwise are exactly what I expected.

Not a huge fan of the texture they're kind of a weird gummy but they're a good size being slightly smaller than normal gummies and flavor is good. My nails are fantastic and working on getting my hair back to being healthy. I'd probably buy it again.

The flavor is great and these are WAAAY better than the traditional pills that have that...wierd... aftertaste and smell! 10/10 recommend. These are almost like candy.
