[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn't sure how they were going to work but my nails have really GROWN like fast, I cut my nails a few days before I tried them and a week later my nails were medium length. I can't tell if my hair has grown or not since I'm wearing a protective style but these vitamins are great, and they taste good.

I have used this product in the past and honestly wasn't too impressed with them. I didn't notice to much of a different with my hair and nails. They did however taste pretty good. But I never really noticed a change so I probably wouldn't get them again.

Haven't noticed a big change it's only been a few weeks. Sorry I didn't take pictures of it before I left for my trip. Great favor and gummies. I would buy just to give it a good shot. Seems to have good vitamins and over 3333% of biotin does seem like a lot.
