I don't normally take vitamins because I don't like taking pills. I've taken other gummy brands in the past, but they have had a vitamin aftertaste. Not these! These gummies taste good (strawberry), but light. They do not leave an aftertaste, and most importantly, don't get stuck to your teeth.

I just started taking them and will look into how they continue to work! The only weird thing for me is the somewhat chalky after taste, but that is very typical with ALL vitamin gummies out there!

I've been looking for a biotin supplement since I've noticed thinning hair and brittle nails. I started to take these gummies every morning and definitely noticed a difference in my nails. I didn't see too much of a difference in hair and skin however.

I am very sensitive to biotin and break out and this product does not break me out! Very happy with this formula. I would recommend giving this a try if youre looking for a biotin product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the taste of these, BUTT ive bought these before and they just didnt work for me. or i just didnt notice any difference in my hair skin or nails unfortunately because i really wanted them to work.

The supplement and vitamin daily values were satisfactory. The taste was very good! The only improvement I suggest would be to increase the amount of supplements and vitamin values besides the biotin, and to increase the amount of gummies in one container. My favorite part of these was the taste - SO GOOD!
