Within a month my nails are longer and stronger than they ever have been in my life. These taste great and I love taking them. I bought a dupe when I ran out to see if it performs as well..NOPE! This stuff is fantastic. I am sold. Never trying anything different again!

I don't really notice a difference when I take these gummies. They taste good and are very soft to chew. The packaging is cute and I love pink. I would say if you want to try these then buy them definitely! But I never really noticed a difference taking these myself.

These taste like strawberry, without being too sweet. Theyre easy to remember, with the pink packaging peeking out of my medicine cabinet. They seem to work well; Ill try to update once Ive finished the bottle. My only complaint is they dont say much about how they work or what kind of results I should be getting. Why biotin? I take collagen peptides daily which also help my skin & hair but also contain protein, so the main beauty benefit of these over my collagen habit is simply price.
