What I like about these vitamins is that they actually do work! I've been using these for a little over a month now and I'm noticing the difference. Not only that, but they are gummies and they have really great flavor! I will continue to purchase 🙌😊

I have been taking these for a long time now, maybe 3 years or so. I also take the multivitamins. I think the value for the price is good because this product makes my skin glow, my nails and hair grow. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who needs help with their hair, skin, and nails !

The gummies taste great and are incredibly soft. I think for the price they are a great way to supplement your nutrition. But I just dont believe Ive been taking them long enough to see a result.

The biggest difference I’ve seen with these gummies is my nail strength. I have very flimsy, brittle nails that break off easily. After about 2 weeks of eating these, my nails were noticeably stronger and weren’t breaking as much. The taste of the gummies are sweet and don’t have a strong smell.

Low carbs and sugars, love that there's vitamin c and e to accompany the 2,500 mcg of biotin. I think it's sobering I would definitely buy as it's a great product and at a very affordable price!
