I saw these are now offered in Advanced! The taste is great - smooth, no after taste, no grit. I do notice my nails feel strong and thick, and my hair stays healthy and happy. I try not to look at how much sugar is in these, but it’s a fun way to start the day.

Ive never used gummy vitamins before but have had a great experience so far! I definitely think more time is needed to see a difference with my hair and nails. I will say I am not a gummy person so these have been hard to take. I cant say I will buy them again. The taste is ok, it really is a texture thing for me. So since I dont eat gummy bears or things like that its no surprise I am not exactly fond of these. Ill keep updated in a month how my hair and nails are.
