I loved the taste of these strawberry gummies! I wouldn't have been able to tell they were vitamins unless for the label. I used the whole bottle (a little more than a months supply). Although I have never struggled with my skin, my nails are stronger than ever! My hair feels thicker and healthier. I will definitely continue to use this product. I rate it a 10/10 when considering price and value.

My hair has always been thin but with age, my thyroid issues snd after kids my hair has thinned out and has become more fine. I definitely need added support to make my hair stronger and healthier. It is also a familiar brand that I can trust. Not crazy that gummies stick to your teeth and not healthy in that sense. I wonder if they have these in another form but not gummy. I also need to keep them away from my kids because they would probably love the flavor and taste and think they are candy lol.
