I have really brittle nails and after using for a week I started noticing how strong my nails were getting. I liked that the gummies didn’t leave an after taste. I purchased this a year ago to do the hair, skin, and nails 30-day challenge. I decided to purchase the gummies because I could keep them by my bed after dinner and would be like a treat. My hair was so luxuriant and grew at least 2 inches as I continued the challenge for 2 months. My nails were very strong and my skin was glowing. I can attest - if you take them consistently for a month or two you WILL see a difference!

Lol Theyre not like other gummies that are coated with sugar but instead, theyre slightly sweet and soft. But my nails have been growing strong and perfect. Their not chipping off like they used to and my hair is already long and health but the fact that I have a vitamin to help me maintain it is amazing. I deff recommend you guys to try these!
