I can't tell for sure how effective it is but I feel like my nails look better after taking them for a while.

I only took these for about a month, the time the bottle lasted and was not impressed. I didn’t notice any change in my hair skin or nail health or growth. My daughter took them and noticed some improvement in her nails but nothing else. The taste was pleasant and the bottle easy to open. I assume they work for some and think they are worth a try before using a more expensive alternative.
