These are great supplements for your hair and skin. My girls both take them and their hair is long and healthy and so are their nails. I would have to say these vitamins do what they're supposed to. My girls like the gummy flavors too. The one thing that I would change is to put one of those moisture absorbing pads in the bottle. The gummy's like to stick together. The price is reasonable as well. I would recommend these.

With regular pills I often forget to take them but with gummies I find myself wanting to take them, so it keeps me in check. They help keep my hair strong and help keep my nails from breaking. These vitamins have a very high level of Biotin in them, so they will definitely target hair, skin, and nails. I do have to admit that the other two brands of gummy vitamins that I have tried have been on the tastier side, but these are definitely palatable.
