[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was pleasantly surprised with these.. often gummy vitamins are hard and have little taste. These are just the opposite. They are chewy and soft. Plus those are Non-GMO which is an added plus for me. Serving size for 2 Gummies per day would be a total of 15 calories. These also include Vitamin A, C, & E. biotin and are great for hair, skin, & nails. Definitely recommend these to family and friends.

They are soft and with a few days of using them Ill hopefully be seeing some results, its only been 2 days so it may be too soon to tell how well they are working.

The taste is AMAZING and I actually noticed how my curls have been holding up much better after having this nightly!!! They taste great and they help with healthy hair and nail growth. I will definitely provide these when I come the bottle I have due the vitamin's affordability.

I bought my first bottle of this about three weeks ago and I am OBSESSED! First- they taste so good. They're seriously like candy. Second they are so easy to take, I love the gummy formulation. Finally after about three weeks I'm noticing that my nails are definitely feeling stronger! I think it's a little too early to tell any other results but I feel like it's working.
