The texture is also great (not too chewy like the peach-os). These taste better than the beauty gummies from Olly.

I started taking these mainly for my nails and hair. I have very brittle nails and wanted to make them stronger and of course make my hair healthier as well, I was only able to take them for about a month, I didn’t see a significant difference within that time but would consider taking them again for a longer period

They have really fantastic taste, a good texture, and you only take 2 a day. Im not a huge fan of sugar being the first ingredient, however it is only 2g a serving so overall its not too bad.
