After taking them for about a month, I do think they improve hair and nail growth! My nails seem stronger and my hair seems fuller. Im not convinced my skin looks better, but it may take more time to see those results. They taste pretty good and are easy to take! Overall would recommend.

They've been growing out really well! These gummies also taste super yummy! Some gummie vitamins don't taste very good, but these are yummy!

These do work .. its always better trying them 30 minuets on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. The taste isnt over powering like some others that I have tried nor does it stick to your teeth to the point where its annoying .. I would recommend this

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly I was skeptical about these at first but Ive been taking them for about 2 weeks now and Ive seen drastic changes. The most Ive seen change is my hair. Ive kept my same routine during this process, same shampoo conditioner hairspray, everything is the same until I tried this product with it. Its not an extreme difference but it makes my hair fluffier, bouncier, it feels like it has less weight to it even when I put tons of product in it. I overall enjoyed this product even to the taste.
