I didn't notice my hair much but my nails felt a little stronger. I would recommendd giving these a try if you're looking for a hair skin & nails supplement on a budget.

These are okay I guess. They kind of have a real strawberry flavor that tastes kind of weird. I really love the artificial strawberry flavor and assumed since it was going to taste like that since these were gummies (like candy so I'll eat them right? Isn't that the point?) but they taste just okay I guess. I really need to take a hair, skin, and nail supplement but these don't really entice me to take them:( I thought they'd be my new favorite treat but they were not.

Ive been using them for a few weeks and have noticed a small difference already. The gummies themselves are pillowy soft and dont feel gritty when you eat them, like other gummy vitamins Ive tried. If you have problems with your skin and no topicals have worked, this may be a cool thing to try out. Obviously everyone has different skin types and concerns, so I cannot guarantee these will work for you, but I enjoy them.

I started only taking 1 a day however while reading through the info on the bottle, I discovered it was actually two a day with meals, Ive been taking one in the morning and one in the evening each days my nails havent grown any faster that I can tell, however, they are noticeably stronger.

Ive taken these vitamins before and they did an excellent job of making my hair growth, my skin looked great and my nails were growing like crazy. So I decided about 3 months ago to start back taking them and I must say I see that same results as before. My hair growth is astonishing, it is so healthy and full.
