[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These gummies taste pretty good and have a lot of benefits. Im rating two stars because I wish they didnt have gelatin in them. I gave them a try but as a vegan I wouldnt buy. Also theres not a lot of vegan vitamin gummies out there so if they were made this way they could be a hit.

I bought these gummy vitamins because I was in the market for some vitamins but I hate having to force myself to take some regular bland or terrible tasting ones that are bigger than a snickers bar. The taste on these vitamins is honestly, d e l i c i o u s. I could eat these all if they were candy. I have been taking them for about a month straight, I can't say I noticed anything different in the way my skin or hair is or feels as of yet. But my nails have been harder to break. I will keep on using them and hopefully I will see other results soon!

They have really fantastic taste, a good texture, and you only take 2 a day. Im not a huge fan of sugar being the first ingredient, however it is only 2g a serving so overall its not too bad. Im excited to see how it helps my hair skins and nails!

I started only taking 1 a day however while reading through the info on the bottle, I discovered it was actually two a day with meals, Ive been taking one in the morning and one in the evening each days my nails havent grown any faster that I can tell, however, they are noticeably stronger.

They do taste great but eating gummy vitamins just adds more sugar into your body that it doesn't need. If you feel like you need a vitamin I'd recommend taking a regular vitamin.
