[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was taking an other Nature’s Bounty biotin supplement prior to this so the switch was easy. These taste really good and don’t mess up my stomach. I do notice less breakage and more fullness in my hair. Nature’s Bounty supplements have always been my go to brand they are the best!!

Great taste and a good addition to my daily vitamin regimen. Didn’t notice a huge difference in hair and skin growth but my hair has been shiny and healthy! Overall, I imagine it does provide extra vitamins and is a good value when purchased on sale.

I really liked these vitamins. They taste amazing. However, you do have to take two per day, and depending on the size, the bottle does not really last you that long. But I feel like they do really work. My hair seems healthier and it seems like it grows faster. I definitely noticed it does make my eyebrows and upper lip hairs grow faster between waxes, which is a negative.
