The taste is amazing,just like candy but not too sweet to the point where its overbearing. I will definitely buy them again. Right before I received my babebossvox I got acrylics. Im huge on biotin supplements but sometimes the huge hard pills are so gross I avoid taking them. This solves that problem and you actually look forward to it. Ive never had any issue with natures bounty and always end up seeing good nail and hair growth

Ive noticed a difference in my nails first theyve become stronger (I always get acrylic nails this helps) my skin is glowing, and my hair is always in protective styles so this helps with strengthening my hair even more. My complaints are they are just little sugar chews. I dont typically eat sugar so I was pretty put off by the taste. I saw no hair, skin or nail improvement during the month I took them and definitely wont be purchasing them.

I dont really feel like they improved the length of my hair or nails since taking them. Its hard to tell but if there was a difference it wasnt noticeable enough for me to tell.
