They're not as fragile as they usually are, but they're also not as strong as I've had when taking other hair vitamins. My skin hasn't improved or gotten worse. I don't notice a change in my hair's condition or growth, but one bottle wouldn't be enough time to see a change in your hair anyway. Overall, these are decent and the gummies make it more enjoyable to remember to take every day. But if you're buying these with high expectations, I won't say these are worth it.
