My hair feels and looks healthier, my nails are growing faster and not as brittle (which I needed because I wear acrylics all the time) and my skin has cleared up some! The only bad thing Ive noticed since taking these vitamins, is my face seems to have gotten a bit more oily. (I have combination skin). They taste good, and seem to be working! Will continue to use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using a different form of this brand’s biotin supplement for quite some time now with good results, so I was excited to try the gummy version (because that’s way more fun than a pill tbh). The effectiveness seems similar, and it certainly tastes better, however, I had to knock off a star due to the vitamin C content. This is a very situational thing for me personally, as vitamin C interferes with a medication I take, and I have to limit how much I ingest and when. That said, as that’s not an issue for most people, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it for others who have trouble with pills or just want something more fun/tasty in their supplements.

I can take these and feel guilt free as they have no artificial sweetener, and have naturally sourced colors and flavors. Since taking these, I can already see improvement!
