I only took these for about a month, the time the bottle lasted and was not impressed. I didn't notice any change in my hair skin or nail health or growth. My daughter took them and noticed some improvement in her nails but nothing else. The taste was pleasant and the bottle easy to open. I assume they work for some and think they are worth a try before using a more expensive alternative.

I have been using these for a few months now they seems to be working on my nails making them stronger the texture is like that of a thick gummy the taste is good the ingredients are no artificial sweetener which I like it contains vitamin C vitamin e and biotin I will continue to use these for a few months to see what they do for my hair but overall I am happy with these supplements.

I bought this product two days ago so I cannot comment on whether they work or not as I am struggling to get them out the container. They are all stuck together at the bottom and my fingers can't reach inside to grab them. I tried shaking the container upside down but they don't come up to the lid. I have to poke a stick deep inside to grab them but it tears them apart. I will do a review on how they work if I don't give up trying to get them out.
