I have used other products in the past that have a high biotin amount, so i was skeptical. I still feel like it has done a good job on my hair, but not sure about my nails. When taking other supplements i have seen my nails grow extremely fast, while taking this one i experienced my normal growth. Still a great product! My nails and hair seem stronger, they are quite cheap and they taste freaking amazing I would buy these over any other gummy beautt product.. but I havent tried many..
