They taste so good, and arent like typical hard gummys they are super chewy which I love! They have also helped my skin and hair so much since Ive started taking them! I've been taking these gummies for roughly three years now. On and off only because I at times forget how to take them. I find the gummies are effective in growing my nails and also with my hair a little bit. But I experienced the same issue many others have recently. I bought a bottle and they are all coated with powdery residue and stuck together. I bought a big bottle so I'm having troubles reaching to the bottom to grab the daily dose of gummies. Hopefully this hasn't effected the quality of the product but it's definitely disappointing
