These are a great starter for your collagen, biotin, anti-aging gummies. Of course, there are a myriad of others but these are a nice basic one. You will need to basically consume the whole bottle and then get another and be super consistent to “see” the results. You'll notice shinier hair and faster growing nails. Skin still pretty much the same, maybe a little more hydrated? But I like them and they taste good, also cheaper than most others with option for bigger bottles.

I threw my bottle in my gym bag and eat them after a workout. I did find out they were a little more expensive than I would have anticipated, but what doesnt work for me may work for someone else.

Levels of biotin and vitamin e were good too. My biggest complaint is that it seems redundant... most multivitamins already contain these ingredients so you end up just wasting what your body cant absorb.
