This campaign isn't really long enough to be able to see results, but I've used Nature's Bounty before and have seen them. I have some reservations about gummy vitamins because of the ingredients and extra calories, but they are tasty without having a super weird texture.

Theyre strawberry flavored and its actually good. My regular biotin pills have been working with keep my hair and nails healthy. Im hoping taking these that itll do the same!
