These are alright. To me they give about the equivalent of a regular vitamin would though. I saw no real improvement to my hair skin or nails per day with this vitamin versus a regular every day vitamin. While they do help, they are the equivalent to regular vitamins.

These hair, skin and nails vitamins are very tasty and almost addictive. I used them for a few months and the biggest change I noticed was in my nails. I don't typically eat poorly and am very meticulous about the foods I eat so maybe that's why I didn't see a huge change. I eventually stopped taking them and only use a multivitamin now but I would recommend this product with no reservations.

You can usually get everything you need in your diet, so why bother trying to give yourself too much, right? So naturally, when I first received this to review, I was skeptical. But the gummies taste really good, first of all, and second of all they work! Ive dealt with brittle nails for such a long time and my nail beds are so much stronger after a few weeks of taking these supplements. I cant speak to my hair and skin, but if you have bad nails like I did, these might just be worth a shot!

Getting a full bottle from Influenster complimentary for reviewing purposes was so nice as i had always wanted to try these but never got around to buying them. However, the first ingredient is corn syrup and the second is sugar.. so of course it tastes delicious. While I fully support taking Biotin to support hair, skin, and nail health, I tend to stay away from supplements that are in gummy form and opt for a pill with less added ingredients. But- for those who find it easier to get supplements in their routine via little sweet strawberry flavored treats, this is a great product.
