They do have a great flavor and by the end of January I may be able to tell about the hair growth. I do notice stronger finger nails for sure!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first thing I noticed about this product is that it is TASTY! It doesnt have the medicinal taste a lot of other gummy vitamins have. Ive used biotin and other hair vitamins for awhile, so I cant necessarily say if this specific product is working better or worse than others. I do wish it was a multivitamin though, as Ive started using a womens multi that has all of these nutrients and more. However if youre only looking for hair, skin & nail help, Id definitely recommend!!

I havent noticed much change with my hair or skin, but i think i need to take them longer to see that. But i have noticed that theyve been helping my nails. They also taste really good!
