I havent noticed much change with my hair or skin, but i think i need to take them longer to see that. But i have noticed that theyve been helping my nails. They also taste really good! Would definitely recommend them!!

I have bought these at several different stores and they seem to help a bit with my fingernails and hair growth. The last bottle I got from Sam’s Club, I had shipped to my house and they were stuck together like the others said and I am over halfway through a bottle and my nails are really thin and chipping and I haven’t noticed a difference in my hair or skin.

I was taking biotin from another brand and I do not know what I was thinking. I love them!

Nature’s bounty hair, skin and nails with biotin came in a easy to use bottle. The texture was quite good because it tasted like gummy bears.. one bottle is not going to grow your hair and nails and help you and a short period of time so I bought I purchased another bottle but nothing happened. My nails broke. My hair really didn’t grow. I’m assuming you have to keep consistent consistency of using the product for it to really work..

Ive been using these gummies for about 1 year now and Ive actually noticed a difference in my hair and nails. I havent noticed a difference in skin but in the other two parts it worked. I would recommend to others looking to grow out their hair quicker.

I just got a hair cut that was a little too short so Im excited to see if these vitamins will put in work to help with my hair growth!
