I don't really notice a difference when I take these gummies. They taste good and are very soft to chew. The packaging is cute and I love pink. I would say if you want to try these then buy them definitely! But I never really noticed a difference taking these myself.

Love this brand so so much especially for the biotin gummy's that always get. You can definitely tell the quality of the product just because I always feel it on my nails first they're always super hard and I always have a glow skin right after using it I think it takes affect maybe like around the third week or so but it's really good especially for the price

The strawberry flavor is great. I'm excited to see the results of continuous use. I have very short and brittle nails so I definitely should see some results.

I purchased these due to concerns about hair loss after going on a medication. I took them for one full cycle and really couldn't see much difference. Possibly needed to continue on for longer, but I switched to a compounded, vitamin. I will say the taste and texture of these is quite nice. They did not upset my stomach or cost me any other issue.

This Nature's Bounty gummies are great, have a subtle but delicious strawberry flavor. While using it I've experienced many changes, and that's why I loved this brand.
