I rated 4 stars because I generally dont like to take gummy vitamins, I feel like capsule vitamins work faster. But these actually worked pretty well. My nails grew longer and so did my hair. My mom loved these as well.

I have been using this product for the past two months. I have noticed no changes in my skin and hair, however I have noticed a major difference in my nails. I had acrylics for awhile and decided to remove them to get my nails back and they were so weak and brittle. I began using this product and a few weeks in I could see it was already helping my nails that are regularly brittle. I will continue using this product just to see what else it helps with.:)

I do intermittent fasting from time to time so I think these are great to take after I'm done fasting for longer hours.
