I haven't been using them long enough to know if it will help with hair growth but I've had many people recommend them to me so I'm eager to experience my own results!

I tried Nature’s Bounty Hair, Skin & Nails for a few months, hoping to see noticeable improvements. The biggest change I saw was in my nails—they became stronger and less prone to breaking. My hair also felt a bit shinier, but I didn’t notice major growth. My skin stayed about the same, though some people say it helps with glow. The gummies taste great, but the pill version is easier if you don’t want extra sugar. One downside is that some people, including me, experienced minor breakouts, possibly from the biotin. Overall, it’s a decent supplement, but results vary. It works best with a balanced diet and patience.

My husband even asked to try one and asked to keep them told him no real quick. Hopefully they help with my nails because I am aure in need of some nail growth.

I like the taste and smells good but I am doubtful if it has pigfats in it or not... Rest I like the formula and yes results are slow but sure.........

I have always had bad and flimsy nails so it is hard to tell. I will definately be getting myself another bottle when this one runs out!
