If youre an adult taking gummie vitamins theyre a great choice and dont taste horrible! I want mile long hair and feel like my nails have been growing like crazy.

For me, the most important thing in gummies/vitamins is the flavor that doesn't have a bad taste. I'm very picky about that, but this one has a very good flavor. I have been taking them for almost 6 months now and I have seen a change in my hair. I don't feel any change in my nails, but I do in my hair.

But then I opened the bottle and tried a gummy and was blown away by the flavor, taste, and smoothness of the gummy vitamin.
