My nails are growing like normally and I dont see any change in my hair, Ive been using this for almost a month. I dont know if then it would be more effective with time. For a womans adult gummy, I love these! They arent chalky, they dont smell and actually quite yummy. Im almost a year out of my pregnancy and the good hair/nails are becoming a thing of the past, so I tried these and within a month and a half to two months, my nails are back to growing and my hair thickened back up. Im not switching my vitamins for a long time, I love it!

My hairdresser recommended these for my hair and nails. I immediately purchased them for myself and my daughter. First off, they are so good! I take 2 before bed. I've been taking them for about 2 weeks now and my nails are definitely stronger and growing better. I haven't noticed a difference in my hair or skin yet, but hopefully soon!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the Natures bounty hair skin& nails 2500mcg of Biotin. First off they are so easy to take in gummy form, and the flavor is great!! I have been using them for about 2 weeks consistently and I definitely see a bit of a change. My nails definitely feel stronger and I do have less breakage. My skin looks great, but I do take great care of it, so I think that this just helps that and is an added bonus. I haven’t noticed much with my hair, but I also color treatment and don’t have issues with growth. Over all I do really like this gummy and it is going to be a permanent addition to my vitamin routine.

The strawberry flavor has a very chemical taste to it. I did take the vitamins almost daily and did notice substantial nail growth and my hair seemed to grow a little faster. If I were to purchase these vitamins the flavor would have to change.
