I received this in my Influenster box and theyre wonderful! First of all they taste delicious and secondly I have noticed my nails are growing and stronger than ever!!

Do I think its a good add on when you have a healthy diet, you eat a lot of whole foods and you need some extra help? Beware that theres sugar in them and if youre strict about sugar in your diet, these would count as candies. I took these two years ago and loved them, since I didnt need much of anything but just a little support. Ingredients include: Vitamin C Vitamin E Biotin Do I think these ingredients going to give you the best Hair/Skin/Nails? As I said - if you already are doing great and need only a little push. But if youre like me, travel a lot, cannot cook a nutritious meal everyday - these are not going to substitute all the nutrients you need (no vitamins will) Will I recommend them? I sure will! But dont overlap these with multivitamins (more doesnt mean better).

They are also easy on my stomach, which is a big benefit for me. I’ve been taking them for several weeks now. It’s difficult to say for sure if they’re having an effect on my hair, skin and nails. However, I do know that I am putting healthy and natural vitamins and minerals into my body. I’d highly recommend these gummies to others looking for high quality supplements from a reputable brand.

I love how many come in a bottle, it's a sweet strawberry flavor, and they don't upset my stomach. Definitely recommend it if you want to take more biotin.

FOR ME, it is just not that. These are a good value, but they have gelatin in them.... yuck! They also aren't the tastiest. While I appreciated influenster sending these to me for review, they are just not my cup of tea!

Although, I do wish that the gummies were bigger so the serving size was only one per person. I believe that it is misleading when you see a big bottle of them but then realize only half that bottle will be the daily dose.

I realized my nails were stronger after taking these and they broke less. The only downfall about this product (its minuscule) is that the gummies are super sweet.
