I know that not always eating the best I should if I want my hair skin and nails looking their best I need a supplement. These are delicious! They have a great strawberry taste. And of course they are gummies ! Soo soo much better then taking a vitamin pill. Since taking these my nails and hair growth has definitely been much better!

Within a month my nails are longer and stronger than they ever have been in my life. These taste great and I love taking them. I bought a dupe when I ran out to see if it performs as well..NOPE! The only thing i would imprpve about this product would be the effects that it has, for me personally, it only worked to lengthen my hair but did nothing for my skin or nails. Furthermore, I would definitely recommend this product if youre looking to grow your hair a few inches. Ive been taking these gummies for 2 years now as well.

I usually purchase this product in-store. Lately, I have ordered from Walmart's website because I have not found the vitamins in the store. My order came in the mail and for the first time ever, my gummy vitamins were stuck together and were covered in a white powder. I called the company that shipped my product... Pharmapacks. They stated that it sounds like my vitamins were exposed to heat. They are also refunding my money minus tax. They are unable to tell me if the vitamins have lost their effectiveness though.

They arent super pricy and you can pick them up pretty much everywhere. My only complaint is that theyre very very sweet so I dont recommend them if you dont like sweet things.
