I love these gummy's! I was looking for a vitamin that would help. Keep my hair, skin and nails, really healthy, shiny and growing well. I unfortunately I'm not very good at swallowing pills, so when I came across this gummy version I was sold. The taste is actually quite good and I enjoy having them in the morning. They are easy to remember to take, and I really have noticed a difference. I've been taking them for several months and I have to say I do notice my hair growing longer, and it feels like it's in better shape, softer, and silkier than it's ever been. I also regularly get my nails done and I find that I have to go more frequently because my nails grow out so much that the polish is in need of a touchup 

I’ve tried these on and off for the past few years. They are super tasty and make taking vitamins feel like a sweet treat! Can’t say too much about how they’ve worked for my hair since I don’t think I’ve given them a fair chance but I’ve hear great things!

There are lots of gummy supplements out there that are harder and have weirder tastes. I'm super satisfied with this product and depending on if it makes a difference to my hair, I'll be ordering it again! Received it complimentary for testing purposes.

From what I can tell after using them for a month, it did help with the strength of my nails. My nails are really long, and I haven't experienced a break since using these. As far as hair and skin, I would like to keep trying them to see but I didn't have any extra problems while taking these so I'm confident that these are legit.
