I never forget to take them because they taste so good. Ive only been using them for a little while and I feel like theres definitely a difference in my nails so I think prologued use would make them very healthy!

I have noticed that my head hair has grown immensely, even though that I have a pixie haircut, but, other body hair grows faster too, so I do have to wax more than I used to before I took these vitamins, but I have absolutely no complaints about it.

These taste good and all but I've never gotten any noticeable growth when using these. I didn't want to waste them so I just continued eating them cause they tasted good. I wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt and throughout the year purchased 3 bottles but they aint do jack.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've taken this product for a year now and I recently changed my nutrition to be more healthy. My hair and skin are doing amazing. I cut several inches off my hair in August and it's January and my hair is almost back to that length. My only concern is that sugar is the first ingredient which usually means there's a lot of it. Concerns me a bit.
