But then I opened the bottle and tried a gummy and was blown away by the flavor, taste, and smoothness of the gummy vitamin. This is a wonderful product and I cannot wait to continue to use this until its gone. I will most likely be purchasing more after my sample is gone. I will point out that the smell of the bottle is not that great, but trust me when I say this, the vitamins themselves are so much better!

I feel like my hair has grown but time will tell

I tried it and overall, I’m quite happy with the results. The gummies are easy to incorporate into my routine since they taste great—almost like a treat! After about a month of consistent use, I noticed some improvements in my hair and nails. One downside is that these gummies contain added sugar, which may be a consideration for some. Also, the serving size is two gummies, so the bottle doesn’t last as long as I initially thought

I took off my acrylic nails and underneath, my nails were strong and super healthy. The nail tech was very surprised. My skin hasnt seemed much different and my hair is long so its hard to see a difference there, but it does seem softer. I dont love the taste, but I will keep using them!
