I received some to try and after just one week of trying them Ive noticed the difference specially in my hair and skin. Extra moisture without using additional products and lets not forget how great these gummies taste!

Taste and texture of these is okay. They have a strong sweet scent but it's not a bad scent. I'm not sure if it works because I haven't taken them for a long enough time. I do hate that they all stick together and become one squishy mound that makes it hard to take a daily serving. And yes, this is despite having them in a house that has ac.

I saw these are now offered in Advanced! The taste is great - smooth, no after taste, no grit. I do notice my nails feel strong and thick, and my hair stays healthy and happy. I try not to look at how much sugar is in these, but it’s a fun way to start the day.
