Nature’s bounty is one of my go to brands and I literally love these hair, skin, and nail gummies! First off it tastes a little too much like a regular gummy candy it’s a little hard to resist just eating 2 a day but it’s also a good amount I feel like I never run out! It’s tasty, it’s good amount and it has all stuff you need for your hair, skin, and nails to flourish!

I saw a lot of growth and strengthening in my nails, and my skin was a lot more glowy and clear since I started taking these. I didnt see a lot of change in my hair, but I do bleach my hair . These gummies tase amazing and the price point of them is very good. I do recommend these if youre looking for a yummy biotin vitamin. This picture is a weeks worth growth after I had been taking the vitamins for 3 weeks.

I saw these are now offered in Advanced! The taste is great - smooth, no after taste, no grit. I do notice my nails feel strong and thick, and my hair stays healthy and happy. I try not to look at how much sugar is in these, but it’s a fun way to start the day.
