These taste so good and smell good. No side effects for me and easy size to take. I start using these last year and I notice the differences in my skin,nails and hair. My hair shinier and my nails get stronger. My skin just better after 2 months using these. Bottle is a bit hard to get open the first time, but the product is worth the extra effort! Nice taste and easy to consume product. Will buy again, highly recommend.

These vitamins ACTUALLY DO WHAT THEY ARE SUPPOSE to for a period of time my hair and nails grew very long over the few years I had taken these but unfortunately eventually they stopped working but most importantly they have a harmful ingredient in them a generic form of Vitamin E in which can cause cancer.

I havent noticed a significant difference in my hair growth or skin but I will keep using it. It comes with 80, so it is a 40 day supply.
