[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only reason these got a 3 star rating is the fact that the taste delicious. I seriously could sit and eat them like fruit snacks all day! As far as making my hair and nails healthy, I would give a -5 stars. I saw no change at all and it has been almost a month since I started taking them. Typically if I take a HSN vitamin I see stronger nails in a week and shiny hair in two weeks. Not sure why but these did nothing for my life.

I'm not sure if it's a problem with this specific bottle or if every bottle of this brand is this hard to open. Only reason for 4 stars.

Normally I dont like the taste of vitamins but the strawberry tastes like candy. I dont notice a huge difference in my hair length but it grows super slow. I think it is helping a little bit. I wish they were a little cheaper but I will continue to buy them.

I really like these vitamins for my my nails to help them grow! It is by far the cheapest that you can buy but if you look on the back it has the same products in it than the more expensive ones. If you take these vitamins at least 3 months you will start to see growth in your nails plus they become harder and also it claims it helps your hair. I'm not sure about that I have not noticed a difference in my hair but I have my nails! So I do recommend this for anyone who was looking to grow out their nails and make them healthier and harder!
