This hair, skin, and nails product is by far my favorite. The gummies are so much easier to digest & have great flavor to them. I have seen improvement in my nails and hair. I would suggest also maintaining good nutrition and exercise as well to help with maintaining nails, hair and skin because the supplement helps but relying on it solely is not ideal. Also, the product is very affordable. Definitely recommend.

They definitely grow faster and they do not break as easily as they used to. But I haven't noticed any changes to my hair or skin.

They're also very hard to chew. I'd make them a little more flavored and more gummy, as well as let people know they won't get instant results.

However, I have a nutrition background and one of my pet peeves is when they put over 100% of your daily recommended value... if its over 100% you urinate out the excess so thats a gimmick that people need to watch out for, especially with any vitamin like products. If youre looking to grow your hair this still could be a good product to use though and easy to take because it tastes good!

These gummies taste so good. The flavor and texture makes you forget they’re a vitamin and not a snack.The downside is if you can OD on biotin it’s easy to do with these. I also question if they really do anything. I have never taken a biotin capsule or other form to compare but I don’t know that my hair/ skin / nails were much different from these.
