The bottle fits nicely in the hand and the lid isnt a pain to get off the bottle like some other supplements. These taste GREAT! Like candy. I purchased these due to concerns about hair loss after going on a medication. I took them for one full cycle and really couldn't see much difference. The other thing I loved is that the gummies are freshly packaged. Their price is not expensive at at all which is great. Overall I dont believe these have all of the vitamins necessary for hair skin and nails. I have not noticed any diference. They are not capable of being a successful supplement.
