Taking vitamins is a wonderful thing for your body... remembering to take the vitamins is the hard part and is kind of my reason for not buying them anymore hahaha(: these gummies are awesome and I love candy.. which is perfect because! I crave candy on a daily basis and its nice to have these around. It just sucks because you cant eat like.. 10 of them and be ok lol dont do that. Two on the other hand.. is perfect! So Ive been taking these for about two weeks I think and I cant say if its working but I thankfully have had no reactions from the biotin. All I have to say though is they taste AMAZING! Like I want to repurchase these just for the fact that they taste like real strawberries yum! Either way I think its a good alternative to swallowing pills!

I have been really good about taking these every day because I wanted to see if they would actually make a difference. My hair and nails already grow very fast, so it's impossible to determine if these help with growth. However, one thing I can say is it does not make my nails any stronger. Every day things that can make nails chip or break like opening a stuck cabinet or bringing in a load of heavy groceries, etc., still made me chip a nail. I'm not going to buy these, but I'm glad I tried them so now I know for sure I don't need them. I recieved this product complimentary for testing purposes.
