The only problem I have with the gummy vitamins is Ive heard they dont absorb like normal vitamins so time will tell if the actually work. Overall I was very happy to have recieved these vitamins complimentary in my #bossbabevox

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The flavor and scent really threw me off, these were so artificial it made me feel sick. I didn't notice a change worth the taste of the product within a week so its possible I didn't give it a good enough shot but I really couldn't get over the taste/smell and I like strawberries.

I only took these for about a month, the time the bottle lasted and was not impressed. I didn’t notice any change in my hair skin or nail health or growth. My daughter took them and noticed some improvement in her nails but nothing else. The taste was pleasant and the bottle easy to open. I assume they work for some and think they are worth a try before using a more expensive alternative.

I did not have high expectations for these gummies but I have noticed my nails growing stronger, which is great because my nails would bend in half before I started taking these gummies. My hair feels healthy and a touch thicker, and my skin is good, no major changes. These are worth a shot!!
