You can usually get everything you need in your diet, so why bother trying to give yourself too much, right? So naturally, when I first received this to review, I was skeptical. But the gummies taste really good, first of all, and second of all they work! Ive dealt with brittle nails for such a long time and my nail beds are so much stronger after a few weeks of taking these supplements. I cant speak to my hair and skin, but if you have bad nails like I did, these might just be worth a shot!

I have noticed that my head hair has grown immensely, even though that I have a pixie haircut, but, other body hair grows faster too, so I do have to wax more than I used to before I took these vitamins, but I have absolutely no complaints about it.

I have tasted these gummies and they are delicious but I havent really given enough time to experience if they really work. I love the packaging and I would say the price is fair. I am considering giving them a try. I have seen a few nice comments about it.

However I did give them a shot for a few days, the taste is fine, the texture is a gummy bear like texture so yum! But I just cant justify the carbs!

Just looking at the ingredients I think Id prefer it to be more like a multi vitamin on top of good for hair skin and nails but thats just me. I also like that this brand isnt super pricey and can be found at places other than a specialty store.
