They tasted pretty good, and have definitely improved my hair texture and growth and nail strength and growth. I feel like my skin is a lot brighter than it was and has improved since I began using the gummies. I wouldn't say "eliminate your skin care daily" but this would be something to add into your daily self care.

Within a month my nails are longer and stronger than they ever have been in my life. These taste great and I love taking them. I bought a dupe when I ran out to see if it performs as well..NOPE! I loveee these gummy hair skin & nail vitamins they contain biotin which is good for all 3 things! They do not taste bad like some vitamins do, they are strawberry flavored lol so fruity I can smell them through the bottle. They have helped my hair skin and nails since using them. I have been using them for a few months now! These are the greatest biotin supplements I've taken. I've bought hard pill form biotin before, but it is just difficult to force myself to take a pill every day.
