(Strawberry) but to my pleasant surprise it wasn't! They was super soft and east to chew. Also, another bonus. They are gluten, dairy and soy free as well as nut free! I took this supplement every day for about 6 months. It is supposed to improve the condition of your hair, skin and nails, but the only improvement I noticed is that my nails became very strong. So I stopped buying them. But the gummies do taste very good. 😊

I absolutely LOVE these. I'm a millennial who screwed their hair up during the "scene" days by bleaching and dying my hair a crazy different color every other week so for the longest time my hair wouldn't grow past my shoulders!! I will say... I often forget to take my vitamins, however, this bright pink bottle on my dresser is hard to miss ...
