It’s important to take of your body, and skin from the inside out in addition to topical supplements. I have used these, until I found out they are not vegan, as they contain gelatin. I didn’t notice any significant changes with these as well. Not worth the price.

I absolutely love these gummy’s. Honestly, I’m not sure if they are doing anything for my hair skin and nails but I really enjoy the taste of them and I have made a habit to eat them every morning. I’ve been taking them for at least three months. If you were wanting to start them I would suggest taking before pictures so that you have something to compare it to.

I did notice more of a difference in my hair than anything else. I feel like it has grown a bit faster since I started taking these. It also feels a little healthier. I didnt really notice a huge difference in my skin but I have really sensitive skin that never looks good so its hard to judge. As for nails I wear fake nails often so its impossible to judge on that as well. Overall I will continue to use these!
