With regular pills I often forget to take them but with gummies I find myself wanting to take them, so it keeps me in check. They help keep my hair strong and help keep my nails from breaking. I received this from Influenster to test and was super excited because my nails are fairly fragile. I noticed the biggest difference. They grew very fast and are quite strong now!

It's hard to really tell a difference in my hsir but my nails seems a little stronger. I was pleasantly surprised with these.. often gummy vitamins are hard and have little taste. These are just the opposite. They are chewy and soft. Plus those are Non-GMO which is an added plus for me. Serving size for 2 Gummies per day would be a total of 15 calories. These also include Vitamin A, C, & E. biotin and are great for hair, skin, & nails. Definitely recommend these to family and friends.

Great product I definitely see a difference in my hair and nails when I’m taking this. I have it a 4 star though because every time I get a bottle they are all clumped together. Last time I had to cut off the bottle of the bottle to get them out and separate them.

Im really surprised to say that theyre already working! Ive had two people comment on how long my hair has been getting! Ive used the sugar bear gummies and and St. Tropica ones which are both much more expensive and while those seemed to work well these seem to be working even better and faster. I enjoy the taste, results, and price. I will be purchasing these for myself when I run out.
