Okay, so the Nature's Bounty Hair, Skin & Nails Vitamin Gummies are pretty great! They taste like candy, so it's easy to remember to take them every day. I've noticed my nails are stronger and my hair feels a bit healthier since I started using them. Plus, they're affordable and easy to find at any drugstore. Definitely recommend if you want a little boost for your hair, skin, and nails! The pink packaging is super duper cute too!

I've been using these for about 2 years, and they are fine except for on thing. Even if I just brought them home from the store, it is very difficult to get them out of the container, because they all stick together. When it gets down so far, my fingers just don't reach. My suggestion would be to make them in containers that are shorter with a bigger top so that they can be reached easier. It just took me half an hour to pry and pull, pretty much one at a time, to get them out.

It really tastes good, but I understand that it is more marketing than the results offered by the product. I don't think it has that great effectiveness as it claims to be. The packaging is cool and the price seems reasonable to me. Within the ingredients it alarms me that it contains so much sugar.

I currently take the 6,000mcg ones BUT this is the one i started with and I noticed hair growth within a couple of months of consistently taking it and I was genuinely really impressed. I always say not every vitamin works the same for others as it does for you but personally it did for me! But its worth trying because I seriously swear by this stuff! I also regularly get acrylics and even when they ate taken off my nails aren’t as brittle as they used to get after acrylics.
