It really tastes good, but I understand that it is more marketing than the results offered by the product. I don't think it has that great effectiveness as it claims to be. The packaging is cool and the price seems reasonable to me. Within the ingredients it alarms me that it contains so much sugar.

The texture was quite good because it tasted like gummy bears.. one bottle is not going to grow your hair and nails and help you and a short period of time so I bought I purchased another bottle but nothing happened. My nails broke. My hair really didn’t grow. I’m assuming you have to keep consistent consistency of using the product for it to really work..
