Nature’s bounty hair, skin and nails with biotin came in a easy to use bottle. The texture was quite good because it tasted like gummy bears.. one bottle is not going to grow your hair and nails and help you and a short period of time so I bought I purchased another bottle but nothing happened. My nails broke. My hair really didn’t grow. I’m assuming you have to keep consistent consistency of using the product for it to really work..

I've been using these for about 2 years, and they are fine except for on thing. Even if I just brought them home from the store, it is very difficult to get them out of the container, because they all stick together. When it gets down so far, my fingers just don't reach. My suggestion would be to make them in containers that are shorter with a bigger top so that they can be reached easier. It just took me half an hour to pry and pull, pretty much one at a time, to get them out.

These chewable have a good texture and size. And they are good, been taking them for a while now. It helps my hair to look more shiny and thicker. A little expensive, but the big bottle last for a while. Package is easy to close to maintain them fresh for months.
