I ultimately was not able to try them out because they had gelatin and it is against my religion to eat it. Although I was not able to try it myself, I gave them to a friend and she loved it!! She told me she highly recommends the product and that it worked wonders.

Natures Bounty has good quality ingredients as well as safe and effective. I would say that I would purchase them at least once after this bottle is gone. I havent noticed a big difference at all. But id give it a little more time.

I thought using biotin daily would help strengthen my hair and nails. But clearly in was wrong. I hae been using these for about 2 weeks and I wont be going back. It taste great and it is a bit pricey but my hair is longer and stronger. My nails are stronger. My skin hasn't seen that much of a difference. but my skin is a different story. If you want longer, stronger hair and nails. Go out and get this!
