[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always used Natures Bounty vitamins in my daily routine, and I was so excited to get these. I was already looking for a Hair, Skin, and Nails vitamin so they came at the perfect time. There's no bad aftertaste at all.

Really good it grew my hair out really fast and made my skin glow. Not to mention how quickly my nails were growing. Also the taste of the gummies is very enjoyable. They taste similar to fruit snacks so it's not like it's miserable to take. I definitely recommend if you're trying to grow out your hair quickly.

Since I've seen many side effect when I take gelatin into my body. I didn't see any difference, it's been 2 weeks.

The first night I had one, it was around 7pm. A few hours later, I was sitting on my couch and watching TV when I started getting incredibly nauseous. I was so lightheaded that the room seemed to be spinning and I had to lay down. I thought I must have been getting sick and really paid no mind to it after the episode was over. The next day, I was excited to take my new gummies so I did. This time, I started getting nauseous almost immediately and continued to feel uneasy for the rest of the day. I realized the only thing I had been doing differently in my daily routine were the gummies so I stopped taking them to test things out. I have not gotten nauseous or lightheaded since and it has been over a month since this happened. For some reason my body did not react well to this product and I stopped consuming it immediately.
