My nails are always very brittle and weak, but after taking these gummies daily I started to notice a difference after a few weeks. My hair has grown and I feel its fuller and looks healthier. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because they are way too sweet for my taste. Other than that I think theyre fantastic!

Taste and texture of these is okay. They have a strong sweet scent but it's not a bad scent. I'm not sure if it works because I haven't taken them for a long enough time. I do hate that they all stick together and become one squishy mound that makes it hard to take a daily serving. And yes, this is despite having them in a house that has ac.

It’s important to take of your body, and skin from the inside out in addition to topical supplements. I have used these, until I found out they are not vegan, as they contain gelatin. I didn’t notice any significant changes with these as well. Not worth the price.

Vitamins that are very effective. The price is good for women. I have been taking these vitamins for a long time and I really like them. Skin, nails, hair became nourished with all useful ingredients. I'm very pleased with them . Packed conveniently, you can take it with you everywhere

These contain 2 grams of sugar per serving and are super soft and easy to eat. Makes taking vitamins more exciting! I wish there wasnt corn syrup in them though.

It does take about two weeks to start seeing changes but it helps my skin keep its radiance. It also keeps my hair shiny and bouncy.
