After some weeks of taking them I have already noticed so many changes in my hair skin and nails. I would highly recommend everyone to use this product.

Ive only been taking them for about a week but I havent had any noticeable changes with my hair, skin, or nails.

Usually I have a hard time finding gummies that I like because they don't taste right or they're dense but these biotin gummies are fantastic. The texture is soft and fluffy like a marshmallow and the flavor is bright and tart! It honestly tastes like candy but not as bad for you. The effects seem to be noticeable in my hair, it feels shinier and full of life! My nails don't seem to break as much either. It's only been a few weeks but I really feel confident in this product! Would recommend to any woman.

Texture is just like a a gummy bear only a little smoother, they actually do taste good and my 12 year old nephew agrees! Lol
