They taste great, not much different from childrens fruit gummy. They have a good texture too, unlike some medicated gummies Ive tried. So far I am very pleased with them and will purchase more. Also made my hair grow a couple inches. Definitely recommend these gummies. My go to vitamins for my hair and nails. Will continue to buy it

I used this brand for about a month and a half. It's very hard for me to find something that really works for me. I believe that not everything will work for everyone. They did not help my hair or nails grow. They taste very good. They are very affordable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A lot of the time, gummie vitamins taste and smell bad. These actually smell fantastic and taste great. They are soft and a good texture. Im not sure of the effects yet but reading the nutritional fact theres a good amount of biotin that I think there will be a slight difference. However, I would not replace these as my normal vitamin I would only add them as an addition.

I havent noticed a huge difference personally. My skin texture is still roughly the same but hard to tell since I received other facial cleansers/mask in my box. I think its worth the try though if youre looking for a decent value gummy vitamin.

I recently tried the Nature's Bounty Hair, Skin & Nails Gummies with Biotin in the strawberry flavor, and unfortunately, my experience fell short of my expectations. Firstly, I must mention the taste. The strawberry flavor was quite artificial and overly sweet. In terms of results, I did not notice any significant improvement in my hair, skin, or nails after consistent use. Despite the inclusion of biotin, a key ingredient known for its benefits to these areas, I didn't see the expected changes. My hair remained as it was, my skin didn't show any noticeable glow, and my nails didn't seem to strengthen. Lastly, the packaging was a bit inconvenient. The gummies were sticky and tended to stick together in the bottle, which made it difficult to extract a single gummy without using multiple ones. In conclusion, my experience with Nature's Bounty Hair, Skin & Nails Gummies was less than satisfactory
