My biggest issue with taking supplements is remembering to take them, but gummy form makes it feel like Im having a treat. I havent been test them long enough to definitely say that theyve made a difference, but my normally brittle nails do seem stronger and have broken much less in the four weeks Ive been taking these. Im going to keep taking them and I would definitely recommend!

I've taken so many biotin supplements before that make my tummy feel bleh an hour later, but this one really makes a difference in my nail and skin health and tastes pretty amazing too! I look forward to buying again because this is my favorite hair/skin/nail supplement to date!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think this product is a great product if all youre wanting is a beauty supplement, but I prefer to have it all in one product and this doesnt quite do that for me. The price point is great for a supplement and the taste isnt terrible, its a bit more tart than sweet but its not bad. Also, it does recommend you take it with a meal and Ive found thats not super convenient for me personally.

This time around maybe its too soon to tell but my hair is definitely growing but no improvement in nails at least not yet. A major pro is they are tasty and more convenient if you dont want to swallow huge biotin pills.

They dont have a weird after taste, they have a great amount of biotin for hair and nails and you actually see your hair and nails get longer and stronger! I would definitely recommend using in addition to other daily multivitamins.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Vitamins should never have sugar and these don't have very many vitamins in them when compared to their pink capsules (which is what I buy). These are way too sweet. Will stuck with my pink capsules from them.
