I've been using these gummies for several weeks and have noticed a visible improvement in the health of my hair and nails. The flavor is delicious, like fruit gummies, which makes it very easy to take them every day. The ingredients are of good quality, and I like that it contains 2,500 mcg of biotin, which has been key to seeing results. Plus, the packaging is practical and easy to use. As for the price, I think it's fair for the quantity of gummies it contains. I will definitely buy them again, as they have been effective and pleasant to consume.

I noticed my hair was quite bouncy and looked healthy after 3 months of usage. My nails don’t break as it did before, I guess it’s because of the ingredients. Overall quality packing and would highly recommend the product to anyone with dull hair and nails!
