The taste is a little too artificial for me. It becomes unenjoyable to take everyday because the flavor isnt appealing to me. Other than that its a normal soft gummy texture

Within a month my nails are longer and stronger than they ever have been in my life. These taste great and I love taking them. I bought a dupe when I ran out to see if it performs as well..NOPE! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]  This vitamin has a great taste and texture. I’ve seen a small improvement in the growth of nails. If taken for longer, I most likely would have seen more of a growth to hair.  I’m going to buy this and add it to my daily vitamin regimen.

These biotin gummies taste great, but I can't tell if they actually work. I haven't seen a difference in my hair, my skin looks exactly the same, and my nails have always grown out pretty quickly so I don't think it's because of these. I've been taking them for months now, and although I think they're great because taking them doesn't feel like a chore, I don't think they're actually necessary or that they're really going to help with your hair/skin/nails.
