I have used these gummies before after receiving them in a Fab Fit Fun box. These are a great hair, skin, and nails alternative to the sugar bear hair gummies that you have probably seen celebrities and social media influensters post about. These are essentially the same thing but much cheaper!

I cut my hair off in 2017 doing ' the big chop'. My hair was shoulder legnth but very damages and fried. I hadnt had natural hair since i was 13 so i forgot how to manage it.
