They have a great citrus flavor and they are gummies but this product is so soft. Not like the hard old tasting vitamins from other brands. I will be purchasing these. I recommend this product.

Taking the two a day is a breeze and they taste really good. Have been needing so@e help with my hair, skin and nails so Im excited to see the effects from these vitamins!

Tastes so good I have to force myself to stop taking more. I can’t say that I see or feel any different with my skin, hair, and nails. If I do notice anything, it may just be a placebo effect. But it doesn’t hurt to take them, and since they taste good and they’re fun to eat since they’re gummies, it feels like a treat.

I recieved this bottle complimentary from Influenster and I will definitely be buying another bottle when these are gone. My 1 year old loves them too.

I am 50+ and NEVER had nails. I get my nails done and have a hard time with cracking and chipping and nails peeling. I was sceptical to say the least. I decided to give this product a try. After one month, I HAVE nails. The esthetician commented and I told her I was taking Natures Bounty daily. She was very surprised and forwarded the information on to other clients with great reviews too. My toe nails have always broke and were thin. this is no longer the case.
