They also taste SO good! I havent noticed a huge difference yet in a week, but theres still more to go so hopefully I see a difference soon.

Not only are they delicious, but I can tell they have helped strengthen my nails and my hair has some extra length to it! I absolutely love these gummy’s. Honestly, I’m not sure if they are doing anything for my hair skin and nails but I really enjoy the taste of them and I have made a habit to eat them every morning. I’ve been taking them for at least three months. If you were wanting to start them I would suggest taking before pictures so that you have something to compare it to.

I'm not at all a fan of artificial strawberry flavors, but the flavor is tolerable. Especially with these not going hard quickly. I wish they were full multivitamin honestly. Love the size of the bottle. Easy to put in any cupboards at the house. The cap, my kids can't easily open. Another bonus. And the bright and amazing labeling doesn't hurt either. Great job natures bounty. Glad I got this complimentary. Well worth the try.

I have been on this product for a year-and-a-half or maybe longer, but recently I purchased two bottles of your gummies Hair Skin and nails and both of the bottles had what seemed to be very old chewables in them. They are dry and have stuck together and can't hardly get them out of the bottle. Normally I don't have this problem, and I know obviously the retailer has not rotated stock. But I believe you have reps that check up on your product in stores as well. Sincerely Julie Taran

The gummies taste great and are incredibly soft. I think for the price they are a great way to supplement your nutrition. But I just dont believe Ive been taking them long enough to see a result.
