I was really excited to get a bottle for free to test out because Ive actually been told by lots of my friends to try these out to help with breaking hair and splitting nails. I absolutely loved taking these! My hair definitely grew healthier and looked better than before. It was also like taking a little treat too since it is a gummy. But, the only reason I stopped taking them and take away a star is the sugar. I didn't want to consume 2g of sugar every day when I took one of these. If you don't care about your sugar intake, then I would recommend these. But, if you do, I would just take the biotin pills, as I do now.
