I have been taking this brand of collagen capsules before. Recently, I tried strawberry-flavored gummies. *strawberry flavor is good,I usually take 2 pills after meal. It's a bit like eating QQ candy, sour and sweet, with high content of collagen, biotin, and added antioxidant vitamins C and E. *It can provide nutrition to hair, skin and nails, can make nails shiny and hard, nourish skin, solve skin dullness and yellowing, improve hair quality, and say goodbye to oiliness, dryness and brittleness.

I took theses for about a year but I could not really tell any difference at all. The brand is well known and heavily advertised. There are no negative effects from it. I was able to buy them on sale at a good price.. not sure that I would continue to use if I don’t see any changes.
