The flavor and texture is also much better than most gummy vitamins Ive tried. There really isnt anything negative, its definitely worth giving them a try!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These little gummies have helped my nails not be so brittle and my hair actually looks more healthy and is less prone to breakage. The flavor of the gummy for me is a drawback. It has more of a processed artificial chemical taste to it than I would care for which makes it hard to remember constantly to take them. If it wasn't for the flavor this would be a part of my daily regime.

I have been taking these for about two months now and honestly, I really don’t see a difference in anything. My hair is not growing any faster and still falling out my nails always grow so I can’t really tell if that’s working. I’ll continue to take them but not sure what results I’m supposed to actually seeon a good note. They taste delicious and do not taste like vitamins at all.

Sometimes gummies can have weird flavors but this one literally just tastes like tangy candy which is great. I don't know that it had any major effects, but I don't normally notice any with vitamins. I know it's a biotin supplement but I just wish it had more of the other vitamins as well.

As far as I know, these really work. I used to use prenatal gummies to grow my hair, but I switched to these. I have fake nails, so I don't notice a change in those, but I have very curly hair naturally, which doesn't grow much at all - and it's grown significantly since January.

In my experience not all gummies taste that great, but these really do taste good and they are soft, not super chewy. I loved receiving a full sized complimentary bottle and will probably start purchasing them from now on. Who doesn't like amping up their hair, skin and nail game?!
