Before taking these vitamins, my hair would grow at a very slow pace and now my hair is booming with growth... my nails are strong and not fragile like they were before. I don’t really see a major improvement with my skin.

These aren't bad at all, I enjoy the quick and easy consumption. Sometimes pills get stuck in my throat so I try to buy gummies. They also work really well, I have always had brittle nails and these not only help them grow but they are stronger and break less often.

It tastes good and you get a good quantity for the price they are selling them. I havent noticed any extreme changes in my hair or nails since Ive been taking them. However, I dont usually get noticeable results from hair and vitamin gummies so I am expecting they are doing something good for me internally. I will be repurchasing!

Normally I dont like the taste of vitamins but the strawberry tastes like candy. I dont notice a huge difference in my hair length but it grows super slow. I think it is helping a little bit.
