My nails and hair seem stronger, they are quite cheap and they taste freaking amazing I would buy these over any other gummy beautt product.. but I havent tried many.. I dont think Ive been using them enough to see a difference as of yet but I think after some time I should be able to see a difference! While i don't mind the taste of regular swallow vitamins, their gummy options were a lifesaver during pregnancies. Work great for what they're advertised for but don't expect it to be like miracle grow, ya know?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using a different form of this brand’s biotin supplement for quite some time now with good results, so I was excited to try the gummy version (because that’s way more fun than a pill tbh). The effectiveness seems similar, and it certainly tastes better, however, I had to knock off a star due to the vitamin C content. This is a very situational thing for me personally, as vitamin C interferes with a medication I take, and I have to limit how much I ingest and when. That said, as that’s not an issue for most people, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it for others who have trouble with pills or just want something more fun/tasty in their supplements.
