Ice only been using it for a week or so but I'm staying to notice a difference in my skin. It doesn't look as dull as before. My nails seem to be growing faster and they aren't breaking. Not much difference in my hair but I'm sure I'll update this soon with great news about my hair!!

These however did not have a terrible texture like normal gummy vitamins nor did they have a sickly sweet artificial taste. These were amazing and after using them for going on week two Im in love.
