I purchased this a year ago to do the hair, skin, and nails 30-day challenge. I decided to purchase the gummies because I could keep them by my bed after dinner and would be like a treat. My hair was so luxuriant and grew at least 2 inches as I continued the challenge for 2 months. My nails were very strong and my skin was glowing. I can attest - if you take them consistently for a month or two you WILL see a difference!

Ive been taking these for about 2+ weeks and Im not really sure I notice a difference- although to be fair, I think supplements should be taken for at Least a month to start seeing results. I wont repurchase these solely for the reason that Im currently getting laser hair removal, and I dont want to take something that helps promote hair growth. I received these for free for review.

The strawberry flavor is great. I'm excited to see the results of continuous use. I have very short and brittle nails so I definitely should see some results.
