I love these so much, I used to have weak and brittle hair and nails. I have been taking these for probably 9 months cuz I love them. They have made my nails so much stronger and way less flakey and my hair and skin are so much healthier. Plus they taste good

I started these and with in a month I could see my hair getting shinier and my nails felt so much stronger. Keep in mind I always had shellac nail polish on so I'm always filing them down. I take thus one and the one with collagen because Im getting older and these are suppose to helps my skin look younger. I do notice that my face looks a little firmer around my jaw line and not as dry and washed up looking. I recommend these vitamins
