They taste DELICIOUS! I wanted to have more than 2 per day because they were really yummy. I had the whole jar, but I experienced no difference at all in my nails or hair. I guess it takes more than 1 month (or 1 bottle of those) to start seeing results.

This supplement is tasty like fruity chewy gums. There are different flavors but they're all good. The benefits of this is unclear in a short time. I think every supplement needs a very long time to show their effects. But it's still great to supply our body needs in an enjoyable way.

I didnt experience any noticeable growth in my hair outside of normal, but I only used one bottle of the product. I cant wait to see what happens by the time I finish this one.

I saw improvement in the strength of my nails and In the shine in my hair. Warning for those that have had lazor hair removal this does increase hair growth.
